adobe captivate 8 installation and activation on second computer?

I realize this has been asked and answered but not to my clear understanding. I bought captivate 8 from adobe (disk with serial number- not a subscription). I installed and activated it on my work laptop. Can I install and activate it on my home computer, assuming I am only using it on one of these 2 computers at any point in time. Thanks for your patience in helping me on this. _John
