Adobe Captivate 8 Not Responding

I'm running the trial version of Captivate 8 (64 bit Windows) and every-time I open it, it freezes. It passes the loading screen but freezes on the screen where you select an option: "Responsive Project" "Video Demo" "Blank Project" etc.

    Are you launching it with "Run as Administrator" privilege?

    Are you on a corporate network where virtual My Documents folders on a LAN are used?
