Adobe Captivate 8 Publishing PDF issues

We keep experiencing an error when we publish in which when the PDF is opened it is just a black screen. We tried uninstalling Adobe Captivate and it still does this. We have the latest version of flash and it is still showing this way. We have all the required tools to have this show properly yet it is still now working.

Are you viewing the file in a browser, or on Acrobat Reader?

Verify the latest version of acrobat and acrobat reader are loaded, as well as flash player.

Is the file stored locally, or hosted on a webserver?

Have you tried viewing it from a different computer?

Yes we have tried on multiple PC’s and the browser version works fine in the publish.
