I would like to create a non-graded questions. I wanna read the answers before grading them. I created Fill-in-the-blank question [non-graded survey] and when I uploaded the whole quiz to Adobe Captivate Prime LMS I noticed that the learner has no opportunity to type the answer in. The box where the answer should be types is inactive. Please, give me a short guidance. Thank you in advance.

It would help if you could show us a screenshot of this problem.

The problem is solved now. Thank you.

But I have another question now. If my quiz consists of 5 multiple-choice graded questions and 5 short-answers survey questions, is there any chance to grade (I would like to grade them after reading the answers) short-answers survey questions in order to receive the total score for all 10 questions.  Because first 5 questions will be graded automatically, another 5 I would like to grade manually.

You would have to do this outside of the Captivate module.  Captivate's quiz questions are focused on validating against one or more correct answers that have been pre-specified at the time the quiz is set up.

In my view, Short Answer questions are pretty much useless for inclusion in a scored quizzes because it's virtually impossible to specify precise enough wordings to cover all of the potentially 'correct' answers.  There are just too many possible permutations.

I would look into whether or not your LMS provides the ability to add Short Answer questions that will then save the learner's entered text for an assessor to manually grade.  That would be your easiest route.
