So I am making a rating scale likert on adobe captivate, but I am having trouble with the result page. Once my viewer finish my test, I would like the test automatically add up their results and then I will create a result page with their style. I'm not sure how to do that. Can anyone help me with that situation?

Likert questions in Captivate cannot be assigned a score and therefore cannot be set to report to the quiz, and therefore are not going to be reflected in results on the Quiz Results slide.

If you want to create some kind of interaction on a slide where different scores are allocated according to the learner's chosen responses, then you will need to use other interactive objects that CAN be assigned scores.  However, this can get a little complex because technically speaking, Likerts use the radio button array as a model so that the user can only select ONE of the options available for each question to show their preference.  So you would need to be fairly adept with User Variables and Conditional Advanced Actions to enforce the fact that the user can only choose ONE option.

Are you at that level in Captivate?

This is my first time using Captivate. I'm creating a personality quiz through here and there cannot be a right or wrong answer. I'm just stuck on how people are going to react to the results once they finish my survey quiz.

In Captivate quizzing there is always a correct answer, otherwise there will be no score.  That's why Likert questions are not included in quizzes.  They have no right or wrong answer.

The default Quiz Results page is displaying System Variables related to quiz scoring.  But there's nothing to stop you from creating your own results page for your personality test using just a normal slide where you display the results from User Variables instead.

The trick is that you need to create user variables to hold values related to each question answered by the user, then you need to use Advanced Actions to assign values to these variables based on the user's actions.  You need to calculate the final scores, and assign these to more variables, which will then be displayed on your results slide.

Like I said, this sort of thing is usually more of an advanced task for experienced Captivate users.  A first-time user like yourself would probably struggle.  However, if you want to get started on the wonderful world of Captivate's variables and advanced actions, there is information available on the web.
