How can we make multiple Hotspots on one slide? Thanks.

Yes.

If you're talking about the Hot Spot quiz question slide, look in the Quiz tab for the field where you can specify the number of different hot spots.

If by 'hot spot' you're talking about the Click Box interactive object used on normal slides, just insert as many as you want.
