Adobe Captivate 9 - Publishing Corrupt/Broken MP4s

Hi,

I started using Captivate about a day ago in order to do some screen recording/video demos and everything was working fine.  However now when ever I use it for the samething and publish my recording, I keep getting these corrupt MP4s.  The "publish" progress bar moves perfectly fine, and finishes without crashing.  The problem is the output that it gives me (an MP4 video) can't be played anywhere (I tried QuickTime, Windows Media Player, and even bringing it directly into Adobe Premiere Pro).

Has anybody else ran into these issues?
