Adobe Captivate 9 Quiz will not advance

Help...

I have created a lesson with quiz questions that will not advance to the next slide if the user selects the correct answer.  I selected from the quiz tab both correct, and incomplete captions. Included a Clear button, and set up an advanced acton (CPPretestAction), to CPQuizPretestScorePercentage/greater or equal to 100, Action: go to the next slide.  It works great in other lessons, but for some reason will not prgress to the next slide when the user selects the correct answer.    The Published Quiz settings are identical in all lessons.  What happened and how can I fix this? Please help.

Oops! Just realized the error was in placing the Advance action on the quiz tab as opposed to the slide.  Works now as intended after adjustment was made.
