Adobe captivate 9 : Unable to generate HD video

Hello There,

Myself Bivin and i'm in to e-authoring. In the past, using articulate storyline and wanted to try Captivate 9.

I have created a trial adobe captivate project and generated a video out of it. But the video quality is so bad and pixelated.

Could you please help us in this regard? I thought of attaching the captivate project so that people could check and help, but there is not file attach option.

    Captivate and StoryLine are no video creating tools but eLearning tools. Did you create a video (mp4 - h264) which is by defiition passive, not interactive? If yes, was it created as a cptx or a cpvc project? If it was a cptx-project, are you talking about a normal or a responsive project? Did you choose the start screen resolution properly, so that no rescaling was needed? What type of project: software simulation or another eLearning project.  Which version do you use (exact number please), is it 2017?
