We are currently using SAP's LSO as our LMS.  It has an authoring environment that allows us to publish web based training modules.  Has anyone used
Captivate to create web based training modules and then uploaded them into the authoring environment in LSO be published? If so , how does it work and is it possible to do interactive training modules?

Thanks

Probably best to ask your SAP contact or support if their LSO LMS can accept externally-developed content packages (SCOs). In my experience, most LMS products can - you get the SCO into the LMS via some sort of 'upload' function. However, since this LSO LMS comes with its own authoring environment then perhaps it does not offer such a method of loading outside content. Certainly best for SAP to answer that...?

Thank you for the guidance.

I will direct my training group to the SAP Community Wiki.

For the general information of others, there are several ways to import courses into SAP Enterprise learning with SCORM formated course materials the simpliest.

I will look for another forum thread to ask a more simple question - has anyone used Captivate for training course for SAP and if so, what tips do they have

Thanks again

I manage a large support group for both SAP and many other Business Systems.

Airservices Australia have SAP Enterprise Learning which comes with Adobe Connect Pro.

We also use Adobe Acrobat Pro, Framemaker, Flash, etc ....

As part of simplifying what products sets we use, we would like to use Adobe Captivate Pro with SAP's Enterprise Learning.

The training will cover a wide range of Business Systems, including SAP and EDRMS, Incident Management as well as operational training modules for Air Traffic Control, radar and equipment maintenance, and airport fire and rescue services.

Please provide some guidance on integrating Adobe Captivate and SAP LSO Enterprise Learning.

Thanks

Maybe other forums will serve as sources for more information on this topic, for example:

Please help! This entry is listed as possibly answered, but I do not see an answer to this post.

Could anyone please help me out with this issue?  I've got the same questions.

Thanks all.
