Adobe Captivate could not open Adobe 2019

Hello

I can`t open a .cptx file.

Previously I used the trial version and now I have a license.

 

the message:

Adobe Captivate could not open

-The file in not open already.

-The file is not damaged. For example, if the file was an email attachment, ensure that you have decoded the file correctly,

-The hard disk has sufficient available space.

-The system has sufficient resources. To optimize the resources, close all the other open applications.

 

What to do ?

That is an 'allround' error message which can be due to many causes. That make it difficult to track it down for your particular situation. Normally shouldn't be linked to the fact of switching from trial to licensed version. Are you sure it is the same version, is the licensed one fully updated? Do you have a backup file? Look in the directory where you stored the files.
