Adobe Captivate course publish online?

Hello, 

 

I am creating a course for my final grad school project. In order for my focus group to sign into my completed course, will they have to download Adobe Captivate, or will they be able to sign into the course through generate URL?

Upload to a webserver or a LMS (if you created a SCO) and send the URL.
