Adobe Captivate Image

I can not import any image from my computer in the project. When I press to insert a photo from either the media icon on the top ribbon or form the library button. It just shows all files as empty. Can anyone help?

    What kind of images are you trying to import? Which file format? PNG, JPG, SVG or what? With what application did you create or prepare those images?
