Adobe Captivate Install not possible

Hi

When I start the installer of Captivate 9 for Mac, it says that a file is missing.

Can anyone help please

    Try to download from this site:

    Adobe Captivate 9 Direct Download Links: Free Trials with no Akamai | ProDesignTools

    After installing, maybe you'll have to update to 9.0.2.437

    this didn't work for me...when I click download  Captivate 9 link nothing happens the page just refreshes......any other suggestions?  Here is a screenshot of where I click
