ADOBE CAPTIVATE IS ASKING FOR A SERIAL NUMBER

Hello Everyone!

I tried re-installing my adobe captivate 9.0 on my PC which i recently uninstalled but the software is asking for the product serial number which i was never provided with. As a result i couldn't install the application back on my system. I am on a monthly recurring plan for a period of one year and i have been receiving emails from adobe asking me to update my credit card details. Could someone please advise on how to go about this?

Best regards,

Stanley

If you have a subscription license, log in with your Adobe ID (the one you used for the subscription). Install the trial version of Captivate and when you start it, your ID will be recognized.

Are you saying not to use the download links they put in 'orders' because I am going insane, nothing is working. I purchased everything and it is still saying everything is expired.

I'm having this issue as well!! Was it resolved for you?  I'm going nuts and am almost completely dead in the water without it.

Same - i have to say - what an awful user experience.

Adobe sort this nonsense out - Just email the damn serial number to your customer when they purchase your products. Total joke.
