I have created an Adobe Captivate presentation for my company, however we do not have a PMS system. How do I send the presentation to someone so that this person is able to see it?

I suspect you mean a LMS? PMS in Belgium has a totally different meaning, you had me smiling.

Best way is to upload to a webserver and send the link. But if you want, you can create an exe file and send that over, or publish to PDF. Both outputs require the Flash player, so it will not be possible to watch on a mobile device.
