We have a requirement to generate a Random quiz for a set of learners/class. Currently if we use random feature then system is generating random quiz for every learner( i.e 20 Random quizzes for 20 learners). however  we are looking for  a single quiz for all 20 learners .. if next time another set of 20 learners are coming then one set for all 20 learners.. How to achieve this ??

So...you want a 'random' quiz that you can predict will select and serve up exactly the SAME set of quiz slides for a set of 20 learners. Is that right?

That's not the way Captivate's random quiz feature works.  It's...sort of...randomly random, not predictably random.

Hi Rodward,

Actually we want to evaluate all learners on same set of questions. However there are different batches/classes so requirement is that quiz generation should be random for batch or class and then it should be  published to  all learners.

Also sometimes instructor want to generate 3 sets of quizzes and then he can publish any one set to class/batch.

Any workarounds ??

Only workaround I can think of is that you have Branch Aware turned on and have lots of Random Quiz Question slides attached to different Quiz Pools and dynamically control navigation to these slides via Variables and Conditional Advanced Actions.

I find your current description of what you expect to be somewhat confusing.  So I couldn't pretend to give you a closer idea of how this would work unless I understood your requirements.  Currently I'd have to say that I cannot see much benefit in what you are trying to do.
