Adobe Captivate Reviewer

Hi-

We were hoping to  test Adobe Captivate Reviewer (version 9) to do the module reviews. We are able to send the file for shared review and the email is sent successfully, but we always get an "unable to open" error message from the attachment. Thinking there might be updates that would patch this, I tried to update, but I get the #16820 error when checking for updates.

Does anyone have any experience with Reviewer and can suggest a possible fix?
