Adobe Captivate's Publish With Phonegap - App not downloading

Hi everyone,

I have published the captivate course with captivate's phonegap publish option. It's published and gave QR code to download the application. But when i scanned the QR code with scanner on my mobile it throws some message saying

"No application packages have been built at this time.
This may mean that they are in the process of building, or that the developer has not issued a build yet. Please check back again later."

So, I can't able to download the application. Anyone knows how to get rid of this? Would be helpful.
