Adobe Captivate - Subscription

Hi everyone,

I am new here. I just subscribe to free trial to exterminate before I make commitment and buy it. for some reason, I am not quite sure what went wrong. after downloading captivate and instilling the app it aske me to buy or free trial. I click on free trial it land me to another page which aske me to chose a plane of Photoshop which I did pick the monthly one. I instilled the Photoshop app and open it, but still every time I try to use the captivate it will open for me the window of buy or free trial. I did unstilled both captivate and Photoshop and redownload, I restart my laptop several times. I am not sure why I just cant use captive, I receive from them email of thank you of staring the 30 days trial. pleas advice on this issue. thank you
