Adobe captivate subscription download to a new computer

Question

Hi, I have a new computer and need to install captivate from a current subscription. Can someone please tell me where to do that? I looked under my account, I see the valid subsription and product icon but no where do I see a way to download it.

If you already had Captivate installed on your last computer then you'll first need to deactivate the Captivate license there.

For subscription licensees you just need to log into the Adobe website with your Adobe ID (the same one used to purchase the subscription license) then download the Captivate Trial version install files (don't forget to download the TTS voices and other assets). During the install you should still be logged in with your Adobe ID and it should pick up that you have a valid license.
