Adobe Captivate version 2019 file not open at all machine

Hello dear

I have installed Adobe Captivate 2019 at some machine in different time, but some captivate files worked at two machines are not getting open on other machines. please assist.

Please be noted that these two Adobe Captivate were installed trial version initially .

Did you check the exact version numbers on both machines? You find it under Help, About Captivate.

If they are exactly the same, can you give some more details? Do the files use the same theme?
