Adobe Connect recording on IPad

Hi everyone,

 

I have an issue with properly viewing a recording from Adobe Connect on my IPad Pro

Using Safari I can access the video, I can  play/view the recording, but it has no sound. My sound works with any other videos (e.g. opening a youtube video in another tab in Safari is working). Could you help with a fix for this? 

I can't understand why the sound is not working. To be also noted that the Volume Level from the Adobe Connect control is at 100, so it is on and it is set on Max.
