Adobe Connect Recording only plays for 12 seconds

I have made a recording or an Adobe connect meeting and when I enter the URL of the recording into a new browser the recording only plays for 12 seconds and then restarts.  I made a recording of an entire meeting so I thought the file was too big, so I made a shorter 90 second recording and still the same result.

Any help?
