Adobe Cp9 and Glossary Widget

I've used the Glossary Widget in my project. On the Begin Quiz button, the Glossary has been hidden and works like a charm until someone fails it and has to retake the quiz. The Retake button built in Cp returns the learner to Question1, not the Begin Quiz screen and therefore, the Glossary Widget shows and is active. Can anyone recommend a way to modify where the Retake lands or a way to turn off the Glossary button on a quiz retake?
