Adobe_eLearning_Asset.exe

I have just downloaded Captivate 2017 and I was attempting to download the Adobe_eLearning_Asset.exe, but after the download was complete, I received the error message:

"We've encountered the following issues

Installer failed to initialize.  Please download Adobe Support Advisor to detect the problem."

However, when you use the link provided, the page states "Adobe Support Advisor has been discontinued."

Has someone else experienced this problem?  Has anyone found a solution?
