Adobe Eye Dropper Turning Everything to Black

Hi,

I"m very comfortable using the eye dropper in Adobe Captivate to match colors and manipulate screen shots. Suddenly, the eye dropper tool does not work, meaning that no matter what color I select, everything turns black. This is happening across project files.

    I was using a dual monitor setup where captivate was on monitor 2. When I moved the Captivate UI back over to monitor 1 the eye dropper worked fine.

    You probably already restarted CP?

    If restarting is not helping, I would try to clean the preferences. Look in the subfolder 'Utils' of the installation folder of Captivate. Run the file that is appropriate for your OS, while CP is closed. Beware: you can lose some custom items, for more details look at this article:
