How do I get to the Adobe media encoder in Captivate 9?

    It is automatically installed when you install CP9. However it is an older version, CS6. You didn't tell the OS you are using, but you should be able to launch it after finding it. That is pretty easy on Window, just type some characters like 'Media'. and it will show up in the list. I have no idea how this works on Mac, but everyone tells it is easier than Win?

    On the Mac, you can find it in the  "/Applications/Adobe Media  Encode CS6"  folder. The application itself is exactly the same on the Mac and on Windows...
