adobe presenter 10

Hi , I just downloaded adobe presenter 10 to my microsoft surface , it downloaded at 7Z file, how can i install this?? the computer does not recognize or open it with couple of programs i tried please help, this seems to be basic for adobe to have screwed this one up.

I don't know from where you downloaded that; when I try to download the installer, I get a DLM file Adobe%20Presenter%2010%20%28Win%29%3Cbr%3E-AkamaiDLM.exe

If you get a 7z file, then you should also get an exe file at the same time.
