Adobe Presenter 10 crashing while importing audio for interaction

Hello All,

I'm using Adobe Presenter 10.0.0 (Build 196).

To make my interaction more lively, I'm trying to add audio in the Process Tabs interaction but while doing. It let me import the audio file (.mp3 of less than 1 MB) successfully and plays well but as soon as I click 'OK' button to close the interaction window it gives the message 'Presenter not working' and closes abruptly with a message 'Add-in giving problem, do you want to disable'?

Any help?
