Adobe Presenter 10 Express for Mac crashes

Recently purchased Adobe Presenter Video Express 10 (Mac,English), but it crashes when I capture the screen. I get the following:

Error

Application encountered an internal error.

If the problem persists, please report on product support forums or contact the support team.

I am able to get it to work on my laptop, but would rather have it working on my iMac instead. I ran an update, and everything is up to date.

Any suggestions?
