Adobe Presenter 10 Powerpoint Add-in randomly disappears

Hello,

We have been having an issue with the Adobe Presenter add-in not showing up correctly within PowerPoint, 2010 or 2013.  We have tried this solution - Adobe Presenter ribbon may not be visible in Microsoft PowerPoint even if Presenter is installed, but it has not worked for us.

Does anyone have another solution that's worked for them?  We've checked our AV and various other conflicts and can't find anything to resolve it.

Giving the user admin rights does resolve the issue but that is not a fix for us.
