Adobe Presenter 11.1 - The recording device cannot be opened.

Hi,

Upon successfully installing Adobe Presenter 11.1 on my PC, when I open a PowerPoint, click on the Adobe Presenter tab, and then click on the "Record Audio" button, I get a pop-up message that says:

The recording device cannot be opened.

If you have other audio applications running, please close them and try again. If you are still unable to record, your sound hardware may not be supported.

Here's the thing...I don't have any other audio applications running and why would a Blue USB Snowball microphone NOT be supported? I even get this error message when not having anything plugged in!

Please help!!
