Adobe Presenter 11 HTML5 Output not working

When I publish in HTML5 only I see the following spinning block when I try to launch the program. Please help why is this here?

This is a known issue with Presenter 11. Kindly upgrade to version 11.1. This is a free upgrade.

Hi, how do I upgrade to 11.1? When I run the check for updates it says that I am up to date? I currently have 11.0.
