Adobe Presenter 11 Pause After Animation

I am trying to get the pause after animation feature to work in Adobe Presenter 11. It seems to work fine in Preview mode, however, once I publish it and upload to the web server and then view it in Google Chrome, it no longer pauses and just runs straight through until the end of the slide.
