Adobe Presenter 11 Publishing Issue - Server Error: 500 Internal Server Error

Good Morning,

I have been publishing adobe presenter content (jigsaws, wordsearches, and presentations) to our connect folders/server over the past week, and today I have started to experience an issue which is preventing me from publishing successfully.

On publishing I get an error message

Server Error: 500 Internal Server Error

When I click ok I get a further message along the publishing progress bar which says

Status 42006 Publish Error – Exceptions.

As mentioned it has only just started happening. Until this point, I have been able to publish AP11 content without issue.

I experience this issue whether I am publishing to EMEA1 or EMEA2.

I have tried creating different files, and uploading them, but I still experience the issue.

Can you please advise what may be causing the problem and how to resolve it?
