Adobe presenter 9 de activation

Question

Need to move an installation onto another computer.

Adobe presenter 9 has no option to deactivate from the help icon as stated, the forum mentions it will auto deactivate on an uninstall -this is untrue.

Also two activations are allowed -untrue as the second installation will not allow an activation, please help.
