Adobe Presenter Licensing Question

We received this from our user community:

"There is a good chance that the Adobe Connect license this year will be renewed without the Adobe Presenter licensing. Would you be able to check with Adobe's technical folks and make sure we will still be able to publish to the Adobe Connect server without having a current Adobe Presenter license. There will be several individual licenses for Presenter 11 used, but nothing server side."
