Adobe Presenter Missing Slides

Question

I am creating a presentation that includes short video clips filmed using an iPhone 7 incorporated into scenario interactions.  Everything looks great in slide show mode.  However, in preview mode or as published over half of my presentation (49 slides) disappears.  I started over, saved, and checked preview mode after every new scenario interaction.  After the second scenario interaction is complete, all slides disappeared after being saved and checked in preview mode (still fine in slide show mode).  I am using a Dell PC, PowerPoint 2013, and Adobe Presenter 11.  Help!! Thanks.

It sounds like there are a lot of things going on in your presentation and with out seeing it I doubt there will be much useful advice that can be given. If you could share the presentation we may be able to get you some advice after looking more closely at it. However, if you can't share it on a public forum (completely understandable) you can always reach out to Adobe Support directly and they should be able to review the presentation and help identify the issue.
