Adobe Presenter Ver.11.0.0 Build 133 Issues

I have Adobe Presenter Ver.11.0.0 Build 133 and I'm having trouble launching an HTML5 file on SCORM Cloud via my laptop. I published a simple two slide PPT for testing using HTML5 only and when I try to launch it, I only receive the spinning Adobe presenter logo (Pn_HTML5_player_spinner.gif). I have used all browsers with pop-up blockers off and Flash enabled. If I publish using Flash/HTML5, the course does launch using the Flash version. Any help with HTML5 would be appreciated.
