one time the presentation work very good

and one time the presentation doesn't work good such as:

- the videos of swf don't work and appear a blue window a place of video

-the words in the slides become smaller in the size

- the hyperlink buttons on slides to navigate between slides ,sometimes frozen and the presentation frozen
