does anyone have a sure fire way for me to contact a human at Adobe to get help with a Captivate issue?

I tried their Tech Support number (1-800-833-6687) and was informed that they don't provide Captivate phone support.  I took another route which indicated I needed to contact Adobe via Chat, but provided no link or instructions on how to do that.

Any help would be greatly appreciated....I've got an issue that is severely effecting our development process.

    Did you try their online support? I have had to use it a couple times, and they were very helpful. I was able to talk to someone live and they were able to remote into my machine and fix the issues. Start here: https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?step=CPTV

    Kurazi,

    Thanks for the reply, but the link you suggested is the link I took to Adobe Chat.  I indicate I need help with Captivate, then How-tos and Troubleshooting, then that I "Still Need Help".  At this point, it says that chat is the best option (only one given), but doesn't provide a way to initiate the chat session.

    My organization is still in its infancy with Captivate...and this board has been extremely helpful...but it would be nice to have a reliable method of asking Adobe questions that can't be answered by a reference book.
