Advance Actions being cleared upon save/open - Captivate 9

Hi all, I'm having an odd issue where a page starts with an advance action which hides and shows various items based upon a number of conditions when setup it works fine. My problem is that I publish the course save (or the other way round both ways are the same)  close Captivate then open it again and notice the whole Advance Action has been cleared meaning I have to recreate it each time I wish to publish which is obviously not desired.

• Now the file is quite big 35 slides all high in interaction
• With about 30 Advance Actions in total
• 24 of which are turned into Shared Actions

So I wondering if I've reached the flies limits for Advance Actions?
