Question

Advanced action for menu drop down

Ok. I'm going to try to explain this the best I can. I have a menu button programmed with a toggle so that when clicked it either shows or hides a drop down menu.

I also have individual buttons set up in the drop down menu itself that take the learner to a certain module. When the buttons in the drop down are clicked, its programmed to hide the menu when the learner navigates to the new screen.

My problem is that when the learner used the buttons in the drop down menu it throws off the toggle on the original menu button. This then requires the learner to click twice to get the menu to show again.

What can add to the advanced action of menu button to negate if a drop down button is used? Any help is much appreciated!

Which version are you using? Did you check the pausing points of the buttons?

You could have a look at the approach with hyperlinks which I explained in this post:
