Advanced actions in captivate html project

Hi, does anyone knows why in a html captivate project when I assign to a shape button an advanced action, all is ok in a desktop view but it fails in a tablet view. Does it happens because of the preview captivate application? Thank's a lot for all! Ugo.-

    Can you give some more details about the advanced action? How did you preview?

    Hi, (apologize me for the delay) I did my preview with the internal captivate function preview>project, but I was mistaking my advanced action... so the problem was in my logical process... thanks Lilybiri I appreciate so much your  kind presence in helping us... :-)
