Hello,

where can I find a detailed tutorial of advanced actions and variables?

I've found some on adobe help website, but I would like to find out more specific (step by step) tutorials.

For instance, I've found the list of the ready variables in CP:http://help.adobe.com/en_US/captivate/cp/using/WSDF6E7000-1121-4808-B61B-CCAB6A554AD3.html

but I don't know what most of them mean
