Aggregated projects and LMS

Can you upload aggregated projects onto an LMS?

I created 10 individual projects which I then aggregated.

No problems with uploading each individual project/file onto our LMS but when I aggregated them all together into the one file and tried to upload I got the invalid package message (see below):

Any tips would be appreciated.

PS     The LMS I'm using is Enterprise Knowledge Platform by NetDimensions.

Hi melbmary,

The error message suggests it's a problem with the way the files have been zipped up. Did you zip them up using Captivate or a separate tool?

Feel free to send me a copy of the package at robert(dot)lowe(at)netdimensions(dot)com and I will take a look.

Thanks for the offer of help Robert,

I finally figured out how the Captivate 4 SCORM packager works and loaded the file onto our LMS.

(I was uploading a zip file published with Captivate Aggregator rather than compiling individual zip files with Captivate SCORM packager.)

Hi,

You can create a multi-SCO package using Captivate 4 SCORM Packager.

Thanks,

Thank you for the information Jayashree,

I do have the packager option in my menu and will see how it goes.

Hi Mary,

Yes you can aggregate files and upload them to an LMS. We just did this but as Rick mentioned, every LMS is different.

Thank you for the reply Cindy.

I'll check with our LMS vendor for further information.
