Aggregating Captivate Files

I am working on a five module Captivate Project. After publish the aggregate and click yes to view the project, it works beautifully. When I upload the project to our LMS (HealthStream) it will only display and show Module 5. When I examine the uploaded files, the correct files seem to be in place. Any ideas what step I am missing?
