Aggregator can't open .aggr files

I guess you'd have to call this a bug (so I reported it to Adobe's bug site). This seems to be just a Mac issue, running in Windows Aggregator can open its own files. It does seem to show a lack of attention to details from the Captivate team, right?

    Could it be that although Adobe finally got around to releasing a patch so that CP7 now works with Mavericks, there continues to be an incompatibility with Aggregator? (Like it can't open its own saved files?)

    While I'm at it, the "Custom Icon" function of Aggregator does not place the specified .ico into the resulting Windows .exe either.
