All my clicks are recorded as double-clicks? | Adobe Captivate 9| Windows 10

Ouch.

All of my clicks are recorded as double-clicks and the default capture captions say double-click as well???

I know I can go in and manually change all the double-clicks back to a single click ... but no, I don't want to do that.

Here's the history:

My laptop just got upgraded from W10 to the latest W10: Windows 10 Enterprise, Version 1709, OS Build 16299.125

Has anyone had this happen, or is this double-click issue some type of preference that I might have somehow accidentally set?

Thanks in advance for all help!

Craig

P.S. How is the forum organized? I can't seem to find some type of cookie crumb navigation to get to a specific forum? I don't know how to come back to my question to find out if anyone has responded.

To repair this, take out the Double click option for one of the click boxes. Then open the 'hamburger' menu and choose Apply to all items.... Since only click boxes are used in software simulations, this would do the trick.

BTW I edited the title of this thread. Captivate has never been part of the Creative Suite. CS9 has no meaing. Please can you check the exact version number (Help, About...) to be sure you are using the most recent version which is 9.0.2.437.

Whoa! Thanks again Lilybiri! Your generosity is making up for the lack of organization on the forum.

Thanks for that correction, I'm using Captivate 9 from the CS6 suite.

However, I already tried what you suggested, but as soon as I began capturing again, the double-click kept popping up.

I have restarted, etc. etc.

Take care,

Craig

Are you using Captivate 6 or Captivate 9?
